This notice covers the Zimpl marketing website and the information you provide when contacting Zimpl or requesting a demo. It does not describe the processing of records inside a customer’s Zimpl tenant.

Information you provide
A general enquiry includes your name, work email, company, selected topic and message. A demo request also includes your optional job title, country, city, sector, company size, products and capabilities of interest, preferred local date and time, timezone and meeting preference. We record the website entry point and any product or workflow selected when opening the demo form so our team can understand your request.
How it is used
We use these details to respond to your enquiry, understand your business priorities, arrange a suitable walkthrough and coordinate the next steps you request. A preferred demo slot is a request; it becomes a confirmed meeting when the Zimpl team agrees a time with you.
When sending is configured, the website passes your enquiry to Zimpl’s configured email delivery service. The people handling enquiries and the service providers operating the website and email service process the information needed for that purpose. The website does not publish enquiry details or add them to a public directory.
Cookies and technical information
The contact and demo forms use a temporary first-party session cookie to protect submissions, retain form context, prevent repeated requests and display confirmation. It is not an advertising cookie. This release does not include third-party analytics, advertising trackers or embedded meeting services. The hosting service may record technical access logs for operating and protecting the website.
Storage and correspondence
The marketing website does not create a separate database of submitted enquiries. Successful submissions are passed to the configured enquiry mailbox. Temporary form security and context values remain in the server session until it expires. Correspondence is handled through Zimpl’s email and business processes. Contact us if you need details about the storage or handling of your specific enquiry.
Questions and requests
You can contact info@zimpl.app to ask how your enquiry information is handled, correct information you supplied or request its deletion. We will review your request and explain any information that needs to be retained for existing correspondence, business commitments or applicable requirements. Do not include passwords or sensitive employee records in a marketing enquiry.
Links to other services
The website links to dedicated product marketing sites and lets you indicate a preference for Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. Selecting a preference does not create a meeting or transmit your details to those meeting services. Links you open are subject to the relevant service’s own practices.
